Well some people use fake Windows so they cannot download the stuff from microsoft. You don't need it validate it or whatever, just need to install it. Before you install WMP 11, you need WMP 10, just google it and you'll find it, install WMP 10 and after download WMP 11 and install it and you will be successful!
