Is that all we have to do? Just put in that pub number thing, we dont have to create ads or anything? And do i have to create a new adsense account by clicking on your adsense banner or can i use an existing account?

edit: and also, is there a way to do this on other webpages, like other forums or myspace?

you can use your existing account, yes is correct.. just put in your pub- number you're set.
