| I have no idea how you'd macro your keys. But what you could do is configure ur keys so block is on right click. This way all you need to do is roll your clicks.
What you could also do is search the game files for the the file that determines your moves. Then all you need to do is edit it so one button will do this: "attack, wait a frame or two or several, alternate" I think the file might be cmd, but i'm not sure, cuz i don't have gunz installed on my com. anymore.
