thanks to the members who have alerted me on this thread .. as usual, we dont accept multiple accounts on NT .. by breaching this particular NT rule twice and many more others countless times, i can simply ban you with no further discussion needed and apply a perm ban on your main account as having multiple accounts on NT results in perm bans .. and by creating a new account, the only good you do would be to make NT have nice stats of members here ..

Hydro then reported my forum to vbulletin which got it suspended (Thanks alot jerk) And yeah...

Well, as a pro vBulletin supporter, i constantly report sites which i find are running on the null script. in no way am i committing any offense .. rather instead, you are the one committing the offense as it is YOUR forum that is running on the null script. And yes, if you do wanna thank me .. you can always phrase nicely .. you are definitely more than welcome ..

Also, As soon as hydro see's this he will probably PM me or just delete the thread so, I'm saving all this in a note pad And if he delete's I repost so, hydro, Leave this alone PLEASE (see I'm being nice...)

If i delete this post, it means that further posts you make will be removed with no comments either .. and if i delete this post, it means the perm ban is on the way too .. as for your creation of so many multiple accounts .. i have considerations on a perm ban of all the accounts .. do take this as an advance warning ..

So he PMed me back with a text what basically said:"IM A MOD so I CAN DO WHAT I WANT , so if you wont shut up I will ban you"

If its not something i said, please do not put in quotes .. and i have not used any such language .. I will close an eye on this issue on the condition that you either

1. rephrase to the exact words i used which i believe is totally different and implies a different meaning as well ..
OR
2. remove that quote and not say i mentioned something that "basically said" when i did not in any way at all say that or pharse anything in a similar manner that implies the following that you said ..

according 2 her, hydro extended her ban for another year....

I only did an extension of 3 months .. the information she relay all the time has never been accurate as a matter of fact ..

The only mods who were Nice were Jeffo and HAVOC.

Hydro is doing a great job also in my point of few. He handles correct, Only difference between me and him is i am kinda soft. and give people more chances that he does maybe.. i often agree with him when we have discussions about things.. sometimes i see some things diffrently .. But i think hydro is doing great from what i am seeing.

Well well well...where to start.

I am going to be the devils advocate again, not for the ban business but for the things that i think and hope you all agree are more important.

Firstly. Shuffle upped the ban, we were trying to find the one who 'leaked' the rapid account to kat. Instead of pursuing the person at fault kat got a bigger ban but no matter that can be reverted. The more important fact there is someone leaked the elite only account if elites cant be trusted than who else is there to trust?

Secondly, this whole website business. In my honest opinion it is bulldonkey.

NT has a video website, but NT does not offer web hosting services. So, Hydroburn would be allowed to post his web hosting provider site. But you would not be allowed to post your video website, because NT has one.

Now allow me to put that into quite similar context. NT has a shoutbox, all other sites with a shoutbox are not allowed. You can not say that is different cause i do not see how it could be. NT's movie site is not maple related hell its not related to anything. Its simply a media outlet, a place for added entertainment away from NT stuff (maple, hacking, other games and such)

With this rule in effect if NT were to breach out into other fields then said fields would not be allowed. Scenario 1

Introducing new NTSPACE, unlimited web hosting for a low low cost of 2000000 dollars!

Oh by the way, im sorry hydro but your getting a temp ban for posting a website similar to NT.

Upon looking into everything a whole different view can be seen as you can obviously tell, Flame showed a lot of facts about this and i 'took over' like he asked lol.

Thirdly, Im sorry kat but by all means she deserves a ban now, Darkestwater came back and I was saying how he should be re-banned due to him bypassing his ban time. So since you just did the same kat, It would be rather hypocritical of me to say otherwise. That being said tho, Just like darkestwater, i do not believe the main account should be permed, and instead the ban should simply be waited out like it was intended on. Tho it was also decided that darkest could have 'an eye on him' allowed another chance and banned at the first mistake he made. That luxury was given to a proven scammer, perhaps it could also be given to a mere 'temper problem' member.

I do believe i have covered most of anything, I suspect quite a few wont read it due to the length, I appreciate those that do. And please remember that I simply look at things from all sides, more often than not the one that most others dont.

i just looked passed all the posts from smods, cuz i don't think i need to read it to know it all. Bottom line, hydro's good kid..so is tim...although tim is gay hahah...but i'm sure there are reasons why they are smods and not u.

P.S: Aeros, i wouldn't say THOSE ARE THE ONLY TWO. very offensive to others don't u think? u may state opinion about him/her, but to leave everyone else and say only 2? that's rough. :P

so advertising other MS hack sites is forbidden. ( seems logic )
now we got NT-motion.
NT motions forum = networktemple's forum.
its like some kind of youtube... but that would mean we cannot use youtube as a link or advertise?? but we got a topic post here your funny youtube things.. kinda hypocrit >_< but that is allowed than i think because youtube is the shit.
Now we got a situation someone els has made something sort like NT-motion.. that would be the same as something like a ms hack forum ... so i can understand we do not allow that. altouogh i personally would not gave a warnig for taht but pm the person to be clear that we not allow that.. but that is a personal thing i would do.. someone gave a warning based on that reason.. and if i see that reason ;p its actually a good one but maybe one that isnt really clear:P ...
but beside that, that was not the main reason to ban her.

The thing is that there is nothing special about Ntmotion (no offence) all it is, is a name. The software it is using is phpmotion, and the only thing that stands it out is the fact that it matches NT's theme. Since phpmotion is a decent media site barring it from NT is dumb. If someone had added a custom skin to theres and made it look awesome then the only relevance to NT it would have is its software. So breaking it down like that, it appears that software (i so dont think thats the term i want for it) that is the same as NT's is not allowed. So lets not allow any vBulletin either.

I dunno, maybe im looking at it too broadly. I just think that something like a video site should be allowed to advertised. Especially given adobes arcade.

Im fine with closing it as well i suppose, hydro and flame can still post even if its closed. I suspect they would have more to say to what i wrote than anybody else.

i think that the s.mods and nakz should get to get and define that rule a bit more, it will most likely clear up current/future events to do with that rule.
