I knew there are many (S)mods.
But currently I just don't know who's a MOD and who's not.

My english isn't 100% I mostly translate it from dutch to english.

The thing is that there is nothing special about Ntmotion (no offence) all it is, is a name. The software it is using is phpmotion, and the only thing that stands it out is the fact that it matches NT's theme. Since phpmotion is a decent media site barring it from NT is dumb. If someone had added a custom skin to theres and made it look awesome then the only relevance to NT it would have is its software. So breaking it down like that, it appears that software (i so dont think thats the term i want for it) that is the same as NT's is not allowed. So lets not allow any vBulletin either.

I dunno, maybe im looking at it too broadly. I just think that something like a video site should be allowed to advertised. Especially given adobes arcade.

Im fine with closing it as well i suppose, hydro and flame can still post even if its closed. I suspect they would have more to say to what i wrote than anybody else.

It's the content that is mainly trying to be blocked, not the software being used. If there was a PHPBB board to do with maple hacking being advertised on NT, it should still be blocked.

Anywho, I agree on Adobe's arcade site not being allowed, man, sometimes I forget we have an arcade.

i think that the s.mods and nakz should get to get and define that rule a bit more, it will most likely clear up current/future events to do with that rule.

We can de-rep her back to 0. If that is really an issue. Actually... i think any smod can edit rep. Either way. I dont think rep is very relevant at all anymore. Alot of new members get very high very fast simply for being new.

As for the board thing i was getting at, that was just my comparison. Content on ntmotion and any other site is never genre specific. It can be anything, therefore content for a video site can not be grounds for being disallowed.

I would have to agree that certain rules need to be changed or cleared up.

-advertising
-swearing
-warez
-trading (not so much now tho since trades rarely happen)

all of those have caused problems and confusion within the past month or two.
