Hey, I've been a member here before. Although, I was also banned for basically doing nothing and more than a 90% chance hydro will ban me again for showing up lmao... But, Anyways here it goes!

It's katherine if you haven't geussed yet...

Anywho...

As many of you know me from before, I was a GFX leader/a MOD for the GFX section. But, Hydro banned me for a very stupid reason. Hydro think's it was a reasonable reason to ban me but, It wasnt! He banned me for, Posting my video website when he posted his own website hosting thing AND he was talking trash to me so I stood up for myself then I forget who but he said something that I didn't like and since I was already pissed I insulted him (apparently) AND demonlord got me warned for not even posting my forum. Hydro then reported my forum to vbulletin which got it suspended (Thanks alot jerk) And yeah...

Also, As soon as hydro see's this he will probably PM me or just delete the thread so, I'm saving all this in a note pad And if he delete's I repost so, hydro, Leave this alone PLEASE (see I'm being nice...)

Some ppl like Hydroburn can be very harsh

Because when I was a NiB on NT,
People were flaming a lot.
And then I wouldn't shut my mouth for Hydroburn ( I guess it was him...)

And then I got 3 warnings in total,
For PMing him and stuff,
I PMed him saying, who u think you are , you might be a mod, but if you swear , why can't we... etc...

So he PMed me back with a text what basically said:"IM A MOD so I CAN DO WHAT I WANT , so if you wont shut up I will ban you"

I was so freaking mad, but judith helped me through, and because judith is a girl she got many POSITIVE ATTENTION,
JUST LIKE YOU KATHERINE, but only judith WASN'T showing "CLEAVAGE" ON HER PICTURE (what I think is a bit cheap)

But who cares, NT is just a forum you know...

But I definitely think/thought some MODS shouldnt act like they own NT.
NakZ will always be the true leader.

If you were this PERSON with that CHAR. as AVATER/SIGGY then you were totally unreasonable to me and warned me only for the fact that I thought I was right, and you also thought you were right.

kath first of all. why dint you wait tilll your main account is unbanned. Having multiple accounts isnt allowed... so i will ban this one in 1 day ( i am curios what you have to say )

second. going in discussion with any smod, me or hydro or ikickass here would not have that much effect.. unless you want to creat an uproar or something like htat. just tlak about it tru pm's or msn....

I personannly dont think your behaviour is correct and you got a temper problem. You have been using faul lang. and been disrespectfull... You have been bannend for that and i think there is nothing wrong with that...

Btw i dont know hydro did extended her ban yes or no.. but we are all acting if hydro is teh "boo man"
please do not forget katherine has passed our rules several times.. small issues.. sometimes a bit bigger, but i think you get what i mean.. count them all up ... and she already should have the permban. Dont understand me wrong but i was the one that actually kinda defend here because i do not know her. I was like lets learn kate a lesson, first 1 day ban, 3day ban, 1 month ban half year ban.. etc but it just seems to me she never learns from a ban... or in the ebgin its going good but later.. it goes out of control. Now she's back and making a fuzz because she is bannend and just want to be active on nt.
i think you need to learn it the hard way.. because i dont see progress in your behaviour. so i dont see why we should unban you..

There were several reasons regarding your banishment from NT. Hydroburn has the right to ban you if he wants, since technically just you making this account (Strawrberry) is against the rules.

It's not like Hydroburn banned you and we just left it alone, there were discussions having to do with how to "deal" with you.

Okay, let me make everyone clearer on the website rule. You are not allowed to post websites that are related to NT. Now this may be a little unclear so let me explain why this applies to your video website, and not to Hydroburn's hosting service website.

NT has a video website, but NT does not offer web hosting services. So, Hydroburn would be allowed to post his web hosting provider site. But you would not be allowed to post your video website, because NT has one.

I can recall that yes you did insult him, you were not just standing up for yourself. I don't remember the exact details either, but I do remember that you were not just innocently defending yourself.

Well, he did say that he was pro-vbulletin, although that may not be the sole reason, but still, if you're going to use a nulled vbulletin, you have to live with the risk.

You are not being that nice by implying that Hydroburn will "do this' and "do that" automatically. If you really want this thread to be kept alive, you should have instead ended your post like this:

I know it's against the rules to have multiple account, and that this thread will probably get deleted but can you just keep it up for now? I want to see some responses, thanks!

To enlighten some people on the ban extension.

Originally, after MUCH discussion, Katherine was banned for 3 Months, and NOT by Hydroburn, but by Shuffle (better known as angy, I think o.o). Please do not think Hydroburn is the sole person who thought that there should be some punishment in place, there were others too. After some time (not that long), one of the moderators noticed that the ban was extended by another 3 months by Hydroburn and another discussion took place. In the end, there was not enough argument to revert that extension, probably also due to the fact that the punishment given by shuffle was actually lower than what it could or should have been.

I have just checked the status of the ban, and it turns out that Shuffle (NOT Hydroburn) has extended the ban on Katherine, for ONE year. I don't know whether the reason is actually what happened (but it definitely is possible), but apparently Katherine leaked the elite rapidshare account.

Okay I have just done some further researching (haha, I'm checking up on old threads as I'm typing this post), and it turns out in a conversation between Anthony and Katherine (On some IM program), Katherine somehow had the info to the account, and this was when she was banned (Well, it's likely she just saved the info before she was banned or something).

Anyway, that's enough for me, I'm just presenting the facts as it is, can someone take over please? D:
