Private Server= Lame

Heyyy it has come to my conclusion that All and every single private server out there is crap. the reason behind this is mainly because-IS NOT FUN/CHALLENGING ENOUGH- with all these x10 nd x100!!!! maybe if someone can make nx available in a private server that would totally rocks change everything. But really private server are mainly for people who wants to experience 4th job Faster. when it come to fun and challenge its is not there. So if you guys want something that is challenge hit up there real server. I think everyone know this already, in my opinion playing the real server is much challenge in fun. really is not hard since 2x nx came out and such. let your thoughts be heard and please reply

I understand the P.S are crap but you have to think about this to, that people are doing this for free so they might not have the man power like nexon does to make it work as good. As for the challenge some people like me have not alot of time to play maple for a long time if I didnt hack I would have a low level char instead of 5 high one's in like a 2 year period and plus that game gets so boring if you die makes me wanna just give my char away and quit

legit nexon server ms is the worse thing ever its really repetative and long to level its the worst type of mmo if theres no hacks it takes really long and if someone says that im proud after i done ti think about all the time u just wasted killing the same monster for 2 days straight to level once private servers are fun cuz u can play legit without feeling its taking years and plus real server people are deuche bags everyone knows it tell me how many times u gotta tell people to cc definently not fun

private servers aren't supposed to be challenging... that's the one of the many points why they're so much more fun than the real server.

idk private servers have a good thing going for them IF they have scrolling, enough people, decent leveling like instead of 4 exp for green snails its 13 or something like that not 1000000000 Tam had his server like that it was pretty good also if nx was around it would be good along with guilds and parties but yeah it is too fast of levels for me as well even though i like the idea

REAllly nice advice, but there just so many private server out there. ugh also one day nexon would know about private server thats when everything go wrong. what will happen just curios?

I fail to see how that would affect anyone but the person that hacked them to get the files but yeah

Nexon is well aware of private servers. They addressed the issue 3 days after odinms was released. As long as people do not make money off of the server, or make their server pay to play then there is nothing Nexon can do.

Now as for the private servers are crap... I agree and disagree.
The ones being made right now are yes, crap. Only because they are not fully finished, There are a multitude of bugs and glitches not to mention loads of uncoded material. Most of this material is what makes maplestory fun (scrolling, quests, guilds)

Now the part where i disagree, Odinms and Lms. They are fun. They have dedicated servers so downtime is low, they have ALOT more coded material and a much larger staff. They are as close to the real game as you can get. Rates are fast but not super fast. They are really good private servers that essentially speed up the whole 'mapling' process.

Give it a month or two for all these other servers to get fully working and you will see ones giving odin/lms a run for their money, and who knows, maybe you will find one suited for you.

NX is available in P servers the people just need to add it >_> So yeah :P
