Beginner/Islander Only Private Server

Beginner Story has been upgraded to v62, and is now fully functional. Unfortunately I don't have a dedicated server at the moment so it is a hamachi server. Newer versions of hamachi have fixed a few bugs, and if you were having troubles with it before things might be different now.

Beginner story is a maple story for those who dont like job advancements. The whole world is based around beginners and functions just like maple global, but without jobs.

Theres room for anyone on my server so come join and lets have some fun.

Features At The Moment
1. Fully functional tutorial for Applelanders
2. Fully functional Maple Island with access to and from the FM.
3. Any hair cut or face for any gender.
4. 10x exp rates, 1x drop rates, 3x meso rates
5. Working Victoria Island for off island beginners.
6. 2 Channels.
7. Odin based for more stability.
8. More recent security against hackers.
9. Auto-Register.
10. Fully functioning whisper, buddy, guild and marriage system.
11. Multiple working NPC's.
12. Enhanced mob drops.

Features To Come
1. Cash shop NPC.
2. Player Commands.
3. Events, depending on time of year.
4. Random programming of npcs to add new quests to maple island periodically.
5. Storage on Maple Island

Getting Started

To get started you'll need hamachi.

To connect to the server, open up hamachi, join an existing network. The server name is BeginnerMS the password is 123. Contact someone via chat in hamachi if you are having issues.

Next you'll need to download the Beginner story client and V.62.
But instead of sending you all over the internet to assemble the parts to the server, I've uploaded a zip with everything you'll need to start on megaupload. Heres the link.

Extract the zip file onto your desktop or other easily reachable place.

If you already have v62 on your computer you can simply download these files here and put them inside.

Make sure hamachi is on, then run the beginner story client. The screen should go black then connect. Enter your password and username, and it will automatically create your account. See you in game :].
