As a matter of fact JMS did do an IP ban for America and I think some places in Canada. I took me all day today looking and researching on how to bypass it. I finally did but in order to bypass it you have to use a VPN which has a lot of lag. Also there isn't a public vac yet that works. They patched the wall bypass, when bool is just about to hit 0 it crashes ms.
