why the hell do you need to be vip to download everything.... my DK is skilled for vac but couldnt proceed when my friend stopped (he provided the hacks) im only a few lvls away from some legit training. now im like totally pissed off over here cause i cant get single dupex value cause i aint have enough rep oO
