Rep Power: 9  | does it have to do with the "sticky keys" options? Cuz if it does...you can just search "sticky keys" and disable em...that's what i did. But yea, I think my TIP is stupid lol. [Off-topic: How you doing Jesus?]]

Rep Power: 9 | No it's not sticky keys, i already disabled that...it opens up System ----- ill get a screen shot as soon as i can. EXAMPLE (actually this is what happens)

Rep Power: 10   | I had that problem, but I forgot how I fixed it. I think it's something to do with Narrator/On-Screen Keyboard (you'll find it in Control Panel).
