Rep Power: 10 | I don't believe a VGA to RCA cable would work in reverse. I believe you would need a TV tuner card. But I am not 100% sure.

Rep Power: 4 | Well they sell them online Im just too cheap to buy one and rather build it for the knowledge and as a side project. Like my idea was to build a box that has a VGA female port and is connect to something where I can plug in my RCA .
