I need a way to disable shortcut keys. (An example would be like...Ctr+Alt+del) cause i seem to be pressing a combination that opens up something while im playing maple and i want to disable it.

Mind telling me what you want to be disabled...There are different ways to disable different keys ...

Well any shortcut keys relating to DEL(other than Ctrl+alt+del) need to be disabled...

does it have to do with the "sticky keys" options? Cuz if it does...you can just search "sticky keys" and disable em...that's what i did. But yea, I think my TIP is stupid lol.

No it's not sticky keys, i already disabled that...it opens up System -----

I had that problem, but I forgot how I fixed it. I think it's something to do with Narrator/On-Screen Keyboard (you'll find it in Control Panel).

If the problem occured recently just system restore it to an earlier date which might fix ur problem

no, i'm almost certain its cause by one of the keys i use to attack in maple because it doesnt pop up unless i'm playing.
